MANUAL
Apply the gel twice a day on the affected area. Massage gently against the hair to facilitate penetration. For a prolonged application, soak a clean cotton pad with the product and place it under a rest band. Use before and after exercise. External use. It contains no doping substances. For a fortified muscle, use in addition the Eze Muscle.
